HOLY TRINITY LUTHERAN CHURCH
By God’s grace, we are a church where all ages can grow in their faith, a church where people can feel at home, and a church where we are inspired by the love of Jesus Christ.
Ignite. Invite. Inspire.
WORSHIP AND LIFE TOGETHER
Located next to the high school in the friendly community of Marshall 20 minutes from Madison and surrounded by farmland, Holy Trinity is a growing community of faith balanced across the generations. Because all forms of service to the world begin in worship, our worship services are rich in the experience of the living Christ, in the context of the fourfold structure of Gathering, Word, Meal, and Sending. Our Sunday School and confirmation programs attract children from across the area. Social and educational events take place in the parsonage nearby and there are always family activities to look forward to. We live by the words inscribed over our sanctuary entrance: “All are welcome in this place.”
This Sunday, Dec. 15, the 10:30 service includes the Sunday School Christmas program "Christmas Voices." Hear the good news of Jesus' birth told and enacted by our older grade-school children.
The Women's Bible Study meets for the last time this year on Monday, Dec. 16 from 6:30-7:15 at the parsonage, 224 Howard St. The group resumes in January. See the Learning and Service page.
"A Night in Bethlehem" is back on Wed., Dec. 18 from 6-8 pm! Don't miss this re-creation of the night of Jesus' birth as experienced by the townspeople and the travelers who arrive late that night.
Stop in for some old-fashioned Christmas cheer on Friday, Dec. 20 from 5-8 p.m. at the annual Pastor's Christmas Party at the Parsonage, 224 Howard St. Bring family and friends!
Reminders: One service at 9 am on December 29 (carol sing); no services on Christmas Day or New Year's Day; one service on January 26 at 10 a.m., followed by a potluck and the Annual Meeting.
